Bernice specialises in local and international arbitration with a focus on construction and engineering projects, and defending occupational safety and health prosecutions. She is qualified in Hong Kong and Ontario, Canada, and is a fellow of the CIArb and HKIArb.
Bernice's practice covers both high-value domestic and international arbitration. She regularly acts for parties (from local main contractors to multi-national joint ventures) on contractual and commercial disputes, and represents clients in construction and civil engineering disputes throughout all stages of arbitration, litigation and mediation. Bernice is also experienced in defending contractors and subcontractors in occupational safety and health prosecutions.
Bernice is a dual-qualified solicitor in Hong Kong and Ontario, Canada, and holds a Diploma in International Commercial Arbitration. She is also a Fellow of both the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators and Hong Kong Institute of Arbitrators.
