Defending professionals against complex claims by trustees/sponsoring employers of pension schemes; applying to court on the construction of pensions legislation/documentation as well as advising pension schemes on their day-to-day obligations.

Her experience also encompasses pension schemes closing to future benefit accrual schemes in winding up; internal disputes; and Pensions Ombudsman claims. She was involved in the Singer & Friedlander Pension Scheme litigation which concerned the interpretation of section 75 debts including the ability to sell such employer debts.Charlotte is ranked in Chambers and Partners in 2016 as a Star Associate"Charlotte is praised for her "excellent eye for detail."
