Christopher specialises in corporate and commercial litigation, with a focus on high value disputes in the mining and energy sectors. He advises clients on complex contractual, administrative and insolvency disputes, with an emphasis on commercially effective outcomes
He has experience in litigation before the High Court, Supreme Court of Appeal and Constitutional Court, as well as arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. Christopher also advises local and international clients on cross border disputes and enforcement, including the recognition and execution of foreign judgments and arbitral awards.
His experience includes a secondment to a mining company listed on the London Stock Exchange, where he advised on risk, regulatory compliance and dispute management.
