Dorian is a Senior Corporate Associate specialising in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals and group reorganisations with a strong focus on the healthcare sector, being the firm's Healthcare Lead for Ireland.
Dorian is relatively unique in the Irish market in being dual-qualified in both Ireland and England & Wales, advising on transactions in both jurisdictions. He has acted for blue chip companies, international groups and owner-managed businesses. He has gained significant Irish, UK and pan-European experience in the dental, fertility, elderly care, pharmacy, pharmaceutical, optometry and cognitive behavioural therapy sectors. In addition, he has worked on number of medtech and biotech company investments, acting for both investors and companies.
Outside of healthcare; Dorian has gained significant experience in hotel transactions, has advised a number of private equity clients on portfolio investments in both Ireland and the UK, and has also acted on a number of accelerated disposals and acquisitions of distressed businesses alongside the firm's London restructuring team and in Dublin.
Louise is based in the Real Estate Group and specialises in property and energy transactions. Louise has extensive experience advising institutions, investors, developers and corporates on all aspects of commercial and residential property, with a specific practice in the areas of energy transactions, acquisitions, finance, development and commercial leasing.
Lisa is in the Banking & Finance team and advises international and domestic financial institutions and alternative lenders, corporate borrowers and investment vehicles on bilateral and syndicated banking transactions across a range of sectors including real estate, construction, leisure and retail.
Claire is a dual qualified solicitor – she is qualified as a solicitor in Ireland and in England and Wales and has significant international and Irish investment funds experience. Claire advises sponsors and managers of alternative investment funds as well as investors.
