Emma is part of the Firm's planning and environment team, specialising in advising developers of renewable energy and major infrastructure projects.
Emma is highly experienced in the development of offshore and onshore wind projects. She advises developers on the consenting aspects of major projects across the full project lifecycle, including on consenting strategy, Environmental Impact Assessment and Habitats Regulations issues, preparation of submissions during determination of applications and at public inquiries and the consenting aspects of project financing and disposals.
Emma has a solutions-focused approach to providing legal advice, working alongside project teams to achieve their objectives.
