Annabelle is a dual-qualified French Avocat à la Cour in Paris and Attorney at Law admitted to the New York State Bar. Her strong background in new technologies, from both an operational and regulatory standpoint, as well as her international education, have made her a strong asset on all information technologies, outsourcing, cybersecurity and data protection projects.
Alongside a strong network of local partners, Olivier advises international corporate clients, primarily in the energy and natural resources sector in Francophone Africa. His practice focuses on negotiation of oil & gas or mining contracts, public-private partnerships, and also on structuring and implementing infrastructure projects, which includes advising on complex regulatory issues (e.g., foreign exchange, local content, environment, AML).
Catherine specializes in corporate law, with a particular focus on assisting French and international groups in cross-border and domestic transactions.
Melina heads the Paris litigation team. She assists and represents French and international clients in France and abroad, in particular in cross-border disputes dealing with issues such as conflict of law and jurisdiction and devising international litigation strategies. She represents clients in commercial, product liability, distribution and art law disputes.
