Senior Climate Advisor
Euan is part of the Climate and Sustainability team, supporting clients to address the impact and effects of climate change and in developing and implementing their ESG strategies and addressing associated risks.
Euan was a partner in the firm’s energy practice until 2013, then left to become General Counsel and Company Secretary at the UK Green Investment Bank plc. He also subsequently took on the role of the Chair of the Investment Committee for the bank’s principal investments and sat on the board and investment committee of its regulated investment management business which managed the world’s first dedicated offshore wind fund. The Green Investment Bank was an early pioneer of green investment reporting, metrics and governance.
In 2018 Euan was appointed as General Counsel at Ofgem, the GB Gas and Electricity Regulator.
He re-joined the firm as a senior consultant and Senior Climate Adviser in 2021, a role to which he brings his experience of ESG investing, governance and acting as a general counsel in government and the private sector in sustainable investment and policy roles. As a non-executive director, Euan is interested in how Boards engage with sustainability risks and opportunities.
Legal Director
Julian advises clients in relation to a wide range of construction and energy related matters including disputes under the JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract.
Partner
Clare specialises in development planning advising developers and local authorities on major development strategic land promotion, mixed use and housing development and contentious matters. She is advising on a number of the UK’s Garden Communities and is an infrastructure levy expert.
Legal Director
Catherine advises UK clearing banks, financial institutions and corporate borrowers on property development and investment finance involving a range of asset types, including retail units, self-storage facilities, care homes, housebuilding, private rented sector schemes, prime residential property and social housing.

Amy is part of the firm's planning & environment and energy and infrastructure team who has worked almost exclusively in the energy sector throughout her career.
