Assessed how the company should verify compliant sourcing and determine that products were produced legally in the country of origin.

Advised Southern Water, a statutory undertaker, on a wide range of public law and planning matters for their proposed development of major new water supply infrastructure in Hampshire in order to meet a projected water supply deficit. This includes advising on their legal obligations under an agreement entered into with the Environment Agency under s.20 of the Water Resources Act 1991, and the implications of this for Southern Water and its proposals to develop new water supply infrastructure.
