Managing Senior Associate
Greer specialises in Aerospace and Defence commercial contracts, having spent twenty years working in the industry, in both legal and commercial roles. Greer advises on all aspects of contracting with the MoD, acting for both government clients and contractors.
Greer’s expertise lies in the fact that she has worked both within industry and private practice, therefore understanding business drivers and how to best support in-house legal and leadership teams; quickly identifying material risks in contracts, offering clear and articulate business focused advice and applying commercial strategies.
Greer is well versed in all aspects of contracting with the Ministry of Defence, acting for both government clients and suppliers on the contractual drafting and interpretation of multi-million pound contracts, and has provided advice on DEFCONs and the Single Source Contract Regulations.
Greer has also been involved in large scale technology and outsourcing projects during her time with the TMT team, including rail projects and consumer goods.

Paul has extensive experience with both UK and EU competition authorities in the context of merger investigations, cartels and complaints. Paul also advises on the UK National Security and Investment Act, including its application to the energy, defence and governmental sectors.

Arvitha is an experienced construction lawyer who represents both contractors and employers in disputes in litigious and non-litigious forums, also providing general counsel support to various clients during project execution phase.

She has experience of liaising directly with the Information Commissioner's Office on behalf of clients and she often delivers training sessions to Boards and Senior Management Teams on data protection compliance.
