Hayley is a Partner who qualified as a Chartered Accountant at Deloitte and has specialised in forensic accounting since 2000 also working at Ernst & Young.
She has a wide range of experience of dispute resolution including contract disputes, loss of profits claims, post acquisition and completion accounts disputes and breach of warranty claims. Hayley provides pre-completion advice in respect of the drafting of completion accounts provisions, earn out mechanisms and financial warranties within sale and purchase agreements. She is experienced in the preparation of share valuations in both contentious and non-contentious situations. She also reports on the accounting charge associated with share options and ExSOPTM awards required to be included in companies’ profit and loss accounts in accordance with IFRS2 and tax valuations for share awards.
She has gained experience in a wide range of sectors including manufacturing, IT, professional services, construction and transport.
