Iain helps organisations design and deliver scalable legal operating models, combining legal expertise, delivery capability, technology, process and data. A qualified lawyer, he specialises in translating strategic objectives into practical solutions that improve outcomes for clients and their stakeholders.
His role focuses on using our legal delivery teams, the broader Vario offering and the firm's practice group expertise to provide innovative legal solutions to clients.
Prior to joining Pinsent Masons, Iain worked for another global law firm, managing alternative legal delivery teams across the UK, Australia and South Africa.
He has 13 years of experience supporting clients in identifying, designing and executing target operating models for legal teams by leveraging people, process, technology and data.
