  • Advised a UK design and build contractor on disputes from refurbishing a 5-star London hotel. Defended defective work claims, pursued variations, time extensions, and loss/expense. Resolved through mediation with settlements reached with Employer and Insurers.

  • Supported a leading UK contractor in responding to excessive enquiries under section 236 of the Insolvency Act initiated by agents of a sub contractor in administration, advising on obligations, contractual protections, and strategy to manage risk and minimise disruption.
