  • Advised a leading manufacturer of home textiles and nonwoven fibre on the acquisition of assets of a renowned international sleep products brand, acquired from a Switzerland based trademark acquisition and licensing company and a Germany based business operating in the sleep products and home furnishings sector.

  • Advised an international provider of packaging, components and insulation solutions on the envisaged acquisition of the Neopolen business from a leading global manufacturer of diversified chemicals.

  • Advised a major international Private Equity-backed consultancy business on the establishment of a joint venture creating the German arm of the international data and AI consultancy.

  • Advised Canon Deutschland GmbH on the sale of COGNITAS Gesellschaft für Technik-Dokumentation mbH, a business services provider for technical information lifecycle management. The company was sold to the Finnish Etteplan Oyj, a global service provider for engineering, technical documentation, as well as software and embedded solutions.
