He has acted for developers, employers, consultants, main contractors and subcontractors under JCT, NEC, FIDIC and bespoke forms of contract. As well as representing clients in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and in mediations, Julian has enjoyed secondments at two major Main Contractors.Julian has significant experience in eDisclosure and has spoken at conferences and delivered training on the subject.
