Katie is a senior corporate and commercial lawyer specialising in private cross-border M&A transactions primarily in technology, industry and science and energy sectors. Prior to her time at Pinsent Masons, she worked in the United States providing her with unique cross-jurisdictional work experience.
Katie advises local and international corporate clients on a range of transactional and corporate advisory matters with a particular focus on inbound private M&A investments into Australia in the technology, industry and science and energy sectors. Her experience includes advising, primarily international clients, on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, including reorganisations, corporate governance, foreign investment regulatory approvals (i.e. Australian Foreign Investment Review Board applications) and general commercial advisory services. Katie is experienced in drafting, negotiating, and closing deals in an efficient and organised manner.
