Laura Dobie
Senior Practice Development Lawyer
Laura is a Senior Practice Development Lawyer with over 10 years’ experience in Corporate and Funds gained in private practice and across a number of client secondments.
Laura advised investment funds, boards, investment managers and investment banks and her experience includes advising on initial public offerings and secondary fundraisings, as well as advising on regulatory and corporate governance obligations and commercial arrangements.
Laura works closely with her colleagues in the Funds team in the UK and internationally primarily in relation to knowledge, training and changes in law and market practice to help ensure that they are fully equipt with the requisite technical skills and expertise to provide an excellent service to clients. Laura also provides practice management support to the Funds team, including assisting with knowhow and transaction management and the implementation of technology in their processes to ensure an efficient and streamlined client experience.
