Leanne is an experienced energy and infrastructure lawyer focussing on transactional matters and project delivery. She has extensive experience advising domestic and international clients, at both the developer and contractor level, in industries spanning energy, renewable energy, water and major infrastructure projects.
Leanne has assisted clients on a wide range of solar PV, onshore wind, battery, micro-grid, rooftop solar, pumped hydro and hybrid projects. She has also worked on a wide range of water, road, rail, airport and building projects. Leanne regularly advises clients with complex construction procurement, including advising on procurement models, drafting and negotiating construction contracts (PPP, EPC, D&C, construct only and bespoke arrangements), drafting and negotiating operation & maintenance contracts and advising in relation to a wide range of ancillary agreements.
Leanne is also experienced in all aspects of project delivery and dispute resolution in the construction and infrastructure sector. She advises clients during the project development phase in relation to contract administration, claims management, and dispute avoidance. She also acts for clients in formal dispute resolution proceedings, including adjudication, arbitration, litigation and expert determination.
