Lidia regularly advises national and multinational clients in sectors such as retail, health, financial services and technology. She provides legal advice on non-contentious matters, including the negotiation of commercial contracts with an IP or IT element, the adaptation of technology platforms to data protection and e-commerce regulations, as well as other matters related to copyright, image rights, consumer law, digital advertising or cybersecurity.
