Lidia regularly advises national and multinational clients in sectors such as retail, health, financial services and technology. She provides legal advice on non-contentious matters, including the negotiation of commercial contracts with an IP or IT element, the adaptation of technology platforms to data protection and e-commerce regulations, as well as other matters related to copyright, image rights, consumer law, digital advertising or cybersecurity.
She is also experienced in court litigation. In particular, she has participated in complex proceedings related to the infringement, invalidity and revocation of trademarks and designs.
