Lucy specialises in energy, infrastructure and construction projects. She advises clients on legal risk management, dispute avoidance and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
Lucy has represented clients in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and ADR (including mediations) and has experience of all major standard form contracts in the UK and Australia.
Lucy has advised on a range of international matters with a particular focus on the Asia Pacific region, having completed a secondment to the firm's Singapore office and has recently relocated to the firm’s Sydney office from the UK. She has expertise of claims concerning disputed variations, extensions of time, prolongation, disruption, defects and termination. Lucy regularly delivers client workshops and seminars on relevant industry issues.
