He is jointly qualified in Singapore, and England and Wales, with over 30 years experience in advisory, commercial litigation and regional arbitration work, particularly in construction and engineering projects.

Concerned numerous and complex issues, e.g. the correctness of the termination, the Architect’s duties as agent and certifier, and a contractor’s duty to proceed with “due diligence and expedition”.
