  • Advised London & Quadrant Housing Trust (L&Q) on the successful sale of its private rented sector (PRS) business, trading as Metra Living, in a deal valued at £1,045 million.

  • Advised HGR Investments a property investment company on the purchase of Stafford Yard, Bristol through the acquisition of a unit trust, including guidance on structuring and development arrangements with the developer and contractor.

  • Advised a private equity investor in respect of the establishment of a joint venture to invest in large scale residential development opportunities including the acquisition of Bourn Airfield, Cambridge.

  • Advising a private equity investor on the acquisition of a stabilised BTR property in Southampton by way of a corporate acquisition.

  • Advised Guildford Council on a successful Housing Infrastructure Fund grant agreement for Weyside Urban Village.

  • Advised Grainger plc on the forward fund of a £63 million build to rent 14 storey building providing 231 private rental apartments in Bristol. The scheme forms part of a wider office and affordable housing development and will be served by the new Bristol district heating network.

  • Advising Guildford Borough Council on the Weyside Urban Village project which is a significant regeneration project which will deliver 1,500 homes, a new sewage treatment facility, new waste transfer facility, commercial depot, commercial/industrial units, infrastructure and upgraded public realm.

  • Advised on what is believed to be the world's first gender-lens investment property fund, to support women experiencing, or at risk of homelessness. The £100mn Women in Safe Homes fund has been created as a solution to the lack of affordable, safe and secure homes for women who are experiencing homelessness, have been involved with the criminal justice system, are survivors of domestic abuse or have other complex needs.

  • Acting for Grainger plc in connection with the forward acquisition of a built to rent scheme at the former Yorkshire Post Site, Leeds.

  • Acted for the Ministry of Defence in relation to the procurement of a development partner (by way of competitive dialogue) at Waterbeach to deliver a new town with circa 10,000 new houses
