Advised on commercial property aspects for Aviva who provided the ground rent finance into what will be Europe’s largest Passivhaus PBSA development at Canary Wharf in London, with Aviva taking a 75-year lease of the site and setting up a ground rent lease structure with Developer Urbanest as its tenant.
