Nicholas is a senior partner who heads our Equity Capital Markets practice. He specialises in equity capital markets transactions, IPOs, secondary and follow-on equity offerings, schemes of arrangement, corporate reorganisations and tender offers. He chairs the City of London Law Society’s Listing Rules/Prospectus Rules Committee.
