Nick Tolley
Senior Associate
Nick is Senior Associate in the firm's Construction Advisory & Disputes team in Dubai with numerous years of contentious litigation experience.
He is a qualified Barrister and has previously practiced at Lincoln's Inn and has diverse experience in advising on complex disputes across construction, commercial, property, insurance, professional negligence, and infrastructure.
Since moving to the Middle East in 2014 he has specialised in advising on large scale international infrastructure disputes in the power, refining and construction space and has also advised on large insurance and multi-jurisdiction fraud cases.
Nick has acted for international contractors on arbitrations in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Oman, Iraq and UAE. Nick has also acted for a range of owners/developers and has extensive experience of working with the FIDIC suite of contracts in the region.
