  • Assisted a municipality in connection with a serious breach of trust by one of its employees. This has included advice on assessing the internal evidence, as well as filing criminal charges against the individual in question and claiming damages.

  • Represented a German Mobile Network Operator on a contract dispute with a German service provider regarding a claim for price adjustment for MNO service to the service provider.

  • Acted for Rodenstock, a leading German eyewear manufacturer, in an international DIS arbitration and subsequent annulment proceedings against a former US distributor in connection with the termination of the business relationship.

  • Represented a German-based multinational computing technology company in a lawsuit against two former members of the board of directors. These former board members took legal action against the termination without notice of their employment contracts and asserted claims for compensation; the subject matter was also a claim for damages against the board members.

  • Advised and defended Piasten against claims for damages by the drugstore companies Schlecker, Müller and Rossmann for the participation in the sugar confectionery cartel.

  • Advised and represented a business support services client on the defence of broker and project developer claims for the purchase and sale of a large commercial property in a prime location in Munich.

  • Advised a German municipality on internal investigations and related employment law aspects following fraudulent activities by a former employee of the client.
