Managing Senior Associate
Reza advises private, public and affordable housing provider clients on development planning matters and has extensive experience on large-scale residential, sporting, regeneration and mixed-use schemes, including providing specialist advice on contentious planning matters.
Reza is extremely experienced on contentious planning matters, including judicial review and section 288 proceedings in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court, and planning appeals and Secretary of State call-ins, having advised on several high-profile and industry leading schemes in recent years. He also has extensive experience advising on tall-building schemes, developments with heritage implications and sporting / stadia developments.
Reza regularly drafts and negotiates complex section 106 agreements for major schemes, as well as provides strategic advice on securing planning consent for such schemes.
