Hai Song was previously from the Singapore office and is now based in Dubai. He is Singapore qualified and mainly practices in commercial litigation and arbitration (both domestic and international), with a primary focus on construction and engineering disputes. He has advised and acted for clients on projects in North, South and East Africa, North and South East Asia, and Europe. His work spans across a wide range of sectors, ranging from defect claims concerning local residential properties to prolongation, variation, disruption and acceleration claims on multi-billion refinery projects. He has experience appearing and conducting advocacy (written and oral) before the Singapore courts as well as arbitrators (SIAC, ICC, DIAC).
