Richard leads our managed legal services delivery capability at Pinsent Masons Vario. His role focuses on leading & enabling our global legal delivery teams, client relationship management, continuous improvement and collaboration, with the ultimate aim of supporting our clients to achieve their outcomes.
Previously, Richard helped to lead and develop our legal project management team at Pinsent Masons, building on past experience as an executive level business partner, where he worked with firm leadership, legal professionals, technology partners and clients to develop and execute legal technology solutions, business transformation strategies, managed service solutions and BPO delivery models.
