Advised RDI REIT on the property and banking aspects of its disposal of a portfolio of retail parks. This was a very significant transaction for the client as it enabled them to dispose of nearly all of their retail assets at a time when the retail sector was facing significant challenges. We acted for RDI on the acquisition of the portfolio of which the retail parks formed part in 2015 and have been dealing with asset management matters since then.
