Sarah is an undertakes a variety of work including forward fundings, acquisitions and disposals and landlord and tenant matters.
Sarah has completed numerous acquisitions, forward fundings and lettings of care homes for a number of investors. She also provides strategic advice to later living operators in relation to their later living portfolios, as well as acting on the acquisition of new development sites.
Sarah's experience also includes asset management work for a number of pension funds in the negotiation of leases, purchases and disposals.
Sarah is also involved in the real estate aspects of corporate acquisitions and disposals.
