Sarah specialises in cross-border mergers, acquisitions, disposals, joint venture arrangements and group reorganisations with a strong focus on the renewable energy sector.
Sarah is a member of our Corporate team, and regularly acts for clients across Northern Ireland, the United Kingdom, and the Republic of Ireland. Sarah has strong corporate transactional experience across a range of sectors and has advised on numerous energy and natural resources transactions throughout the UK and Ireland, including the purchase, sale and financing of renewable energy projects. Her relevant experience includes advising on the acquisition and disposal of numerous onshore and offshore windfarms, solar projects, storage projects and anaerobic digestion plants in Ireland, England & Wales and Northern Ireland.
Outside of energy, Sarah has gained significant experience in the technology sector, has advised private equity clients on strategic bolt-on acquisitions across Ireland and the UK, and has also acted on a number of transactions within the corporate real estate and diversified industrials sectors.
