Sarah is involved in all aspects of banking, restructuring and insolvency and has a wealth of experience advising lenders, insolvency practitioners, corporates and directors on a range of solvent and insolvent restructuring strategies.
Sarah is a senior lawyer in the Restructuring practice specialising in advising lenders and insolvency practitioners on a wide range of restructuring and insolvency matters across multiple sectors. Sarah works closely alongside financial advisers to develop workable contingency plans and restructuring strategies for financially distressed entities.
Sarah also has a wealth of experience advising corporates and boards of directors in the management of restructurings, often involving multiple stakeholders. Sarah’s advisory work includes advising on and the implementation of complex turnaround and restructuring transactions by those facing operational and financial distress. Sarah has significant experience working across all sectors but has a particular interest in the retail, leisure, automotive and manufacturing sectors.
