Scott's extensive disputes experience includes adjudication and related judicial review proceedings, litigation before Australian superior courts and arbitration before domestic and international tribunals in the Asia Pacific region including arbitrations administered by the International Chamber of Commerce and the Singapore International Arbitration Centre.
