Seema regularly presents and publishes on the latest trends and themes in arbitration and global investigations. She is a Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales and practised in London before relocating to Dubai. Before joining Pinsent Masons in August 2019, she practised at a Magic Circle law firm.
Seema has advised clients in the English Courts and is a registered lawyer at the Dubai International Financial Centre Courts. She has extensive expertise in various forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation. She has also advised on arbitration proceedings involving various arbitral institutions, including the ICC, LCIA, DIFC-LCIA and DIAC.
