Advising Acciona Construction (ACA) on its bid for the first package of work on the Upper South Creek Advanced Water Recycling Centre project in Western Sydney, with the aim to be engaged as the D&C Contractor in JV with SUEZ Group. All contracts are based on the NEC4 suite. ACA has already been shortlisted for other D&C contracts on this project to be tendered under subsequent packages, including the treated water and brine pipelines. The total project value is approximately $800M.
