Tori Graney

Tori specialises in construction, infrastructure and energy projects. She advises clients on legal risk management, dispute avoidance and resolution throughout the lifecycle of such projects.
Tori has represented clients in adjudication, arbitration, litigation and all forms of alternative dispute resolution (including mediations) and has experience of all major UK standard form contracts. Tori has significant experience in dispute avoidance and early case assessment. She is experienced in claims concerning, for example, disputed variations, extensions of time, prolongation, disruption and defects. Most recently Tori has advised many clients in relation to post-Grenfell Building Safety Act disputes and has been involved in several renewable energy disputes, including on waste to energy, solar, nuclear and wind projects, and PFI disputes.
