Pinsent Masons advises Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego on office building financing in Warsaw

22 Jun 2026 | 01:19 pm |

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Bank Gospodarstwa Krajowego (BGK) on an investment loan and a VAT loan provided to the Polish investment company Lewandpol Property.

The proceeds of the financing were used to partially fund the acquisition of the Central Point office tower in central Warsaw. This transaction represents one of the largest office deals on the Warsaw market in 2026.

The Pinsent Masons’ team provided comprehensive legal support to the lender in drafting, negotiating and signing of the finance documentation.

The transaction was led by the banking & finance team, including Partner Bartosz Nojek, Senior Associate Justyna Machnicka, Legal Director Jakub Zienkiewicz and Associates Katarzyna Pasek and Karol Ścibor.

Central Point is one of the most recognisable office buildings in central Warsaw, located directly above the Świętokrzyska metro station. The 93-metre-high tower was commissioned in 2021 and currently offers over 28,000 sqm of modern office space across 24 floors. The building is fully commercialised and holds a BREEAM Excellent certification. It also represents a unique engineering project on a national scale, having been constructed directly above the infrastructure of two metro lines using non-standard technological solutions.
