Pinsent Masons advises Horizon 3 Healthcare on investment in Xeltis

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Horizon 3 Healthcare as lead investor in an additional €20.5 million funding round for Xeltis, a clinical-stage medtech company developing transformative implantable medical devices.
The financing will support the advancement of Xeltis' aXess vascular access conduit toward US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval and commercial launch in the United States, while also supporting the continued development of the company's restorative cardiovascular technologies.
Horizon 3 led the round alongside a syndicate of existing and new investors, further strengthening Xeltis' position as it progresses the commercialisation of its pioneering endogenous tissue restoration platform.
The Pinsent Masons team was led by Melbourne-based corporate partner Andrew Fisken, with support from lawyers across APAC and Europe.
