The Pinsent Masons team, lead by Real Estate Partner Mike Reid, advised on all aspects of the deal, as LGIM makes significant investment into the new facility.
Mike Reid comments: "We were very pleased to have worked with LGIM to secure this partnership that will provide long-term income for its customers whilst also helping to boost the local economy of South Wales. Having worked with LGIM to deliver a number of deals now, this is another example of our strengthening relationship as it continues to commit to real asset investments."
