Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has advised Test Industry S.r.l. on the purchase of the entire issued share capital of German companies TS Testing Service GmbH and TS GiM GmbH, a group with a consolidated turnover of USD 100m.
Test Industry S.r.I, which is owned by IGI Private Equity, is a global leader in the design and production of test stands. The acquisition of TS Testing Service GmbH and TS GiM GmbH’s shares marks Test Industry S.r.I’s entrance into Germany, increasing combined sales to more than €50 million.
Pinsent Masons advised Test Industry S.r.I on all aspects of purchasing the shares from TS Group GmbH, including financial, competition, real estate and employment advice.
TS Testing Service GmbH and TS GiM GmbH are leaders in the engineering, construction, supply and commissioning of test stations for tires, rims, wheels and drive shafts.
The Pinsent Masons team was led by Dr. Nina Leonard and included Christian Lang, Dr Alexander Karst, Mark Leonard, Kathrin Brügger and Julia Stubert.
