Pinsent Masons appointed by HEINEKEN UK as its principal legal supplier

Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has been named by HEINEKEN UK as its principal legal provider.
The firm will provide HEINEKEN UK with a full service of legal advice across the business including property, debt recovery, intellectual property, employment and HR.
Iain MacPhail, client relationship partner at Pinsent Masons said, “This is a hugely exciting new strategic partnership for us and it’s an honour to be working with HEINEKEN UK as their principal legal provider. HEINEKEN UK is the UK’s leading pub, cider and beer business. It employs over 2,000 people in the UK and has a portfolio of c.2,400 pubs through its pubs business, Star Pubs. HEINEKEN UK produces and sells an extensive portfolio of brands including Foster's, Heineken, Strongbow, Cruzcampo, Desperados, Old Mout, Birra Moretti and Inch’s, together with a full range of niche and speciality brands, including Beavertown brands.
Pinsent Masons was selected after a competitive tender process. They will become HEINEKEN UK’s principal legal supplier from Q1, January 2025.

Pinsent Masons has a long history of entering into legal partnership agreements with clients. Last year, the firm was appointed by leading social enterprise and climate charity, the Eden Project, as its sole legal supplier spanning data protection, intellectual property, finance property and charity law.
