In addition, for many years Melanie has been a regular speaker at energy conferences in the UK, Europe and Asia, working with colleagues across the globe to help clients working in the energy sector navigate the issues and opportunities arising from the energy transition. Melanie replaces Paul Rice, who has stepped into a new senior leadership role leading the firm's climate change mitigation and sustainability platform.

That Melanie and Paul have worked closely together for so many years gives me huge confidence as we look forward. "

We're at the forefront of this working hand-in-hand with clients to ensure they have the right structures, services, technologies and capabilities to meet commercial objectives and create long-term value.
