Nicole will be joining from Fieldfisher, where she was the co-head of Life Sciences.
Nicole is a market leading life sciences lawyer and patent litigation specialist. With a scientific background and experience in clinical trials, Nicole is well placed to understand and advise clients on issues relevant to the sector.
As a partner within Pinsent Masons' Life Sciences team, Nicole will work alongside the strong team of patent litigation specialists, led by Clare Tunstall, on cutting edge pharmaceutical cases.

Nicole's depth of experience and knowledge of the Life Sciences sector will both complement and enhance our offering. We have a growing international team who advise across a range of IP, transaction and regulatory matters and we look forward to welcoming Nicole to this."
Nicole is Vice Chair of the IP committee of the BioIndustry's Association and a member of the Chartered Institute of Patent Attorney's life sciences committee. Recently, Nicole advised both organisations on their successful intervention in high-profile life sciences cases before the UK Supreme Court.
Florian Van Baum, Head of the Advanced Manufacturing and Technology sector adds: "Nicole's reputation as a market leading practitioner who brings deep sector knowledge and expertise will add invaluable strength to our team. Her diverse experience supplements Pinsent Masons' international Advanced Manufacturing and Technology sector and is a fantastic addition to our Life Sciences team."
Nicole's appointment continues the expansion of Pinsent Masons' international Life Sciences team and follows the firm's recent recruitment of Michael Finn in the firm's Dublin office. In addition, Legal Director and Intellectual Property specialist, Jules Fabre, has now relocated to the firm's office in Paris.
