Multinational law firm Pinsent Masons has hired funds partner Benoît Rose who will be joining the Luxembourg office on 16 August, as head of its funds practice.
Benoît’s appointment comes shortly after the arrival of partner Dr. Jan Saalfrank, who joined the firm in February and senior associate Lissie Goldbach in May.

Furthermore, Benoît provides regulatory advice, such as support on licensing for asset managers and fund administrators.
Benoît will be joining from Ogier in Luxembourg, where he has been a partner and co-head of the firm’s funds practice.
Head of Pinsent Masons’ Luxembourg office, Michel Bulach, said: “Luxembourg is leading the European funds market and Benoît’s expertise in alternative, private market investment funds and investment structures fits perfectly with the needs from clients in this area. He is a fantastic addition to our international funds team.”
