Pinsent Masons sigue creciendo en Madrid con el fichaje de José Luis García-Manso para liderar Inmobiliario

El despacho internacional Pinsent Masons ficha a José Luis García-Manso para liderar el área de Inmobiliario de la firma en España.

José Luis, que se incorpora a la firma desde Pérez-Llorca, despacho del que es socio desde 2007, cuenta con más de 25 años de experiencia en el sector asesorando en transacciones de inversión inmobiliaria incluyendo la estructuración de inversiones/desinversiones, forward funding, sale & leaseback, arrendamientos, promoción y construcción y fusiones y adquisiciones.

A lo largo de su trayectoria profesional, José Luis ha asesorado a una diversidad de clientes entre los que se incluyen SOCIMIS, fondos de inversión internacionales, como por ejemplo HIG Capital y Oaktree Capital, así como un amplio número de inversores inmobiliarios de origen canadiense, alemán o británico.

José Luis es el socio número once en incorporarse a nuestra oficina que abrió sus puertas en Madrid en 2017. Los últimos socios en incorporarse, a lo largo de 2018, son Paloma Bru y Paula Fernández-Longoria, responsables de Tecnología, y Pablo Dorronsoro, responsable de la práctica de Derecho Público e Infraestructuras.

Es el segundo socio en incorporarse a la práctica global de Inmobiliario de Pinsent Masons en los últimos meses, precedido por la incorporación de Kevin Collins en la oficina de Dublín en diciembre.

José Luis, ha comentado sobre su movimiento: "Estoy muy ilusionado con el cambio al equipo de Pinsent Masons en Madrid.
