During our 6-month internship, we strive to provide you with the best training experience available. You will gain an up-close perspective of Pinsent Masons in action and will be fully immersed in all that the firm has to offer throughout your time with us.
Our program is designed for you to collaborate closely with our partners and lawyers, allowing for meaningful involvement in their work. You will learn from knowledgeable and dedicated colleagues who will support you while you actively participate in their daily activities. We want to ensure you receive a comprehensive understanding of what it’s like to work in a law firm during your internship!

English fluency
Due to the nature of our work in the Paris office, you must be fluent in English speaking and writing.

We run two programmes each calendar year starting in January and July and lasts 3 to 6 months.
We accept applications all year round.

The salary we offer for our internship programme in France is competitive. We also provide daily luncheon vouchers as well as two annual leave days per month. You will also be able to benefit from our Pinsent Masons academy lectures and trainings, as well as participating in all law firm team events.
We also have two interns referee ‘buddy’s’ who are here to guide you throughout your whole internship and to answer any questions you may have.

If you are shortlisted, your first interview will be led by one of our associates. The interview will give you an overview about the internship, the different projects the team are working on and what your role will be in the team. It will also be your opportunity to ask any questions you may have. The second interview will be led by the lead partner of the team you will be working with. We encourage you to be yourself and answer the questions the best you can so we can really understand your career aspirations.
Whatever the outcome, we’ll let you know as soon as we can after the second interview. If you have been offered a position we will walk through the next steps. Our HR team is available along the way to help you navigate the process and answer any questions you might have.
