Pinsent Masons advises NanoTemper in acquisition of SAW Instruments

International law firm Pinsent Masons advised NanoTemper Technologies GmbH in its recent acquisition of SAW Instruments GmbH (Bonn, Germany).
By acquiring SAW Instruments and their proprietary Surface Acoustic Wave technology, NanoTemper expands its portfolio by an additional methodology for biomolecular interaction analysis.
The Pinsent Masons team was led by corporate partner, Tobias Rodehau, aligned by Dr. Florian Anselm, Legal Director, Olivia Irrgang and Marina Arntzen.
