Diego Lozano is the Head of the Madrid office, he specialises in company matters, M&A and public-private partnerships, especially relating to Infrastructure and Public sectors. He is an Abogado del Estado (currently on leave from Government practice).
He served as the technical secretary general for the Ministry of Public Works and sat on the boards of AENA (the Spanish airport and air navigation association), Correos y Telégrafos (the Spanish postal service) and the Banco de Crédito Local. Previously he was deputy vice-secretary general and vice-secretary of the board of directors of the Telefónica Group and led and supervised all of the group's legal departments, both in Spain and in Latin America.
