Our latest project at Atlantic Square Glasgow, presented many challenges over a long period. We created a joint venture with BAM Properties Limited, the scheme has attracted a major pre-let to HMRC, which we have sold and forward funded to Legal & General Pensions Limited. Together we worked long hours to difficult timescale deadlines, but with no complaints and a good sense of humour from Katharine and her team, we were delighted to achieve our goal.
