Digital Planning: In partnership with RICS, Data Clan and Blocktype

This session will be a lively discussion on the Government’s proposals in the Levelling-up and Regeneration Bill, to legislate for “digital planning” through planning data standards, planning software and new requirements for that digital information to be available on an open licence.

Industry experts will explain how the adoption of common data standards operates as an essential foundation of any digital planning process, discuss how the system might work in practice, highlight the areas that remain unresolved and propose practical steps that can be taken as the Bill makes its way through Parliament.
